ISIS started in 1999, when Obama was an Illinois State Senator, not a US Senator. It began to really grow with the invasion of Iraq, when Obama was still just a Illinois State Senator. They pledged themselves to Al Qaeda in 2004, before Obama won the US Senate race. This caused rapid growth.

In 2011, the Syrian Civil War started, and they began taking territory. Obama was President at that point, but he did not pull out our troops in Syria. We did not have troops in Syria.

Obama turned things around, and got the Kurds to fight ISIS for us. ISIS began to collapse under pressure from the Kurds.

Then a few months ago, trump betrayed the Kurds. Pretty much anyone who had supported America was killed, along with their families by the Turks. Now we have no allies in Syria anymore.
