What kind of country have we become?

One in which federal prosecutors can take “evidence” before a “grand jury,”

and that grand jury can “vote to indict” a former president for 91 alleged “crimes”?

Imagine, for a minute, that this case is reversed and Trump is the VP and his son sits on the board of Burisma. A post where he has ZERO experience in. We know what your shrill low IQ claim would be then.

It is impeachable because the House already voted to impeach. That makes it an impeachable act by definition. It is their decision to make.

What a painfully stupid and uneducated answer. I asked WHAT PART? I do understand your inability to answer that question because no one else in this entire matter can.

See Biden's boast. See the transcript of the phone call. See the testimony of both the President of the Ukraine and the fired prosecutor. See the treaty between the United States and the nation of the Ukraine.

All you have to do is read the articles of impeachment to explain what part is impeachable. You aren't really too dumb to understand, you just disagree.

WRONG. The House does not define an impeachable offense.

WRONG. That is defined in the Constitution of the United States, Article II, Section 4.

They did not change the Constitution. They decided it was an impeachable offense and you disagree--but it is not your decision to make. The Constitution gives them sole authority to impeach which means their decision is final.

But the answer to the question about what Trump's impeachable offenses consist of (in the opinion of the House)

I have read them; claiming that the Ukraine phone call is abuse of power is not merely weak, it is stupendous in it's inanity. Claiming that a President is obstructing congress by claiming executive privilege, is not merely ludicrous, but moronic.

Maybe you need to go back to High School Government and learn about the Constitution?

THEY can decide all THEY want and THEY will still be wrong. The vote against impeachment was bi-partisan. The vote FOR impeachment was strictly partisan.

THEY look like partisan asshats. THEY are doing nothing but dividing the country because they don't like who they lost to. THEY are morons. YOU are a moron defending THEM and this outrageous action and behavior.

THEY don't have treason. THEY don't have any crimes. THEY don't have any misdemeanors. In other words, THEY have nothing.
