As it stands today, doubtful, for three reasons

First, incumbents seldom lose, just a historical fact

Second, Trump, although largely illegal, will have as much of the Federal Gov't as he can without getting caught working in his behalf

Third, probably every autocrat out there will be doing what they can to get Trump elected. And why wouldn't they, they have seen that Russia did it with no ill consequences, they know the DOJ and billy Barr ain't going say anything, and an entire political party plus major news network will either turn their backs or find a way to defend it. It is a win win for them

It is difficult to imagine something that is more scary about what is occurring. Our elections have to be made secure. Yet the Repubs fight any strengthening of voting machines and deal with voter suppression. How more bedrock can you get.
