But what he forgot to mention, is he was actually extorting a foreign country to make up dirt on his political rivals, while using 400 million dollars of Military aid already approved by a non-partisan bill to help them fight a war with the country that helped him win the election in 2016- AND USE THESE FUNDS TO EXTORT ONE OF OUR ALLIES!
