no it isn't.......the demmycunts could have asked a court to enforce their subpoena......oh wait......those subpoenas weren't valid because the House didn't vote to begin the investigation before they were issued......I guess they knew they couldn't have asked the court to enforce them......of course they COULD have reissued the subpoenas if they wanted to......
