The real question is whether an inclination towards kindness or hatred is actually a personal choice or a genetic predisposition.
I'm usually very kind to puppies and kittens, but generally a prick toward my fellow humans.

a simple letter sent to patients who were released after treatment for metal health issues


three or four lines simply stating dear patient please contact us freely as we care about your progress


half the patients who were treated were sent the letter and half were NOT sent that letter


the difference in the groups ended up being


those NOT sent the letter committed suicide at TWICE the rate the letter receivers did


a scrap of paper displaying care for the patient


saved human lives
