Cutting funding for education and abandoning the public schools to rot.
Cutting healthcare, if they had their way ACA would be toast.
Making it harder to vote by adding nonsensical restrictions and closing polling places, mainly in areas that are predominately black.
Opposing education and training programs that help poor blacks get good paying careers.
Attempting to cut social programs such as SNAP and Welfare that many poor blacks depend upon to make it through another week.
Fighting against providing Pandemic relief.
There are just a couple of Republican Policies that hurt Black Americans, as well as many White and Brown Americans. Anyone that still believes that the Republicans give a crap about any of you has been living in a cave.
I would add one more item, but I do not see it as an actual policy, but it is the Party that the vast majority of right-wing racists of all kinds gravitate to and most People of Color know who makes up a substantial number of Republicans, especially after they were made to feel free and come out of the closet over the last four years and express their racist view points.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Socialism is just the modern word for monarchy.
D.C. has become a Guild System with an hierarchy and line of accession much like the Royal Court or priestly classes.
Private citizens are perfectly able of doing a better job without "apprenticing".
