I believe that is a stronger, better approach than going it alone against China. The reasons are obvious to everyone but those that believe trump is fixing the problems~he is mostly making them worse. China is laying sanctions on American companies &-> the gap by which imports exceeded exports in August*widened to more than $67 billion, its highest monthly tally in 14 years..

What is trump doing to prevent that??
