NAFTA II ain't a whole lot different than NAFTA I, and a large part of what was changed was already in the works as part of negotiations involving TPP. Without the changes made in the House none of the deal would have had any teeth, it was without enforcement provisions. Good photo op, some advantages, but hardly the "big deal," the game changer, Trump and his media will portray. Same with the China deal

And the "people's business" has been moving right along in the House, they've sent hundreds of bills over to Mitch who quickly filed them away in his desk drawer, if anyone is sitting on their hands it is Mitch and his Senate, what did they approve last year, seventeen measures

We know only corporate Dems supported NAFTA. So if this isn't any different why did it pass the Senate 89-10? Is everyone but Bernie a corporate Dem?
