Clinton already testified. She had no problem testifying. She was grilled for 11 hours.

Why don't we call all the witnesses both sides want, and throw in prison any witnesses that refuse to testify. There are a few trump advisors who have not been arrested yet, and it would be good to clear them away.

Clinton cannot be charged in the Senate, she would be charged in a normal court. If trump could find any evidence against her, he could easily do so. The problem is there is nothing that Clinton did that was illegal.

Everyone around trump is either in prison, or going there soon. trump is the one exception, because he requires a special Senate trial to be convicted. The Republicans have already promised that they will not convict him, even though he admits he is guilty.

So, for example, Adam Schiff won’t be called as a witness (even though he claimed to have secret information about the case). Democrats oppose forcing the whistleblower to testify because of some unwritten rule requiring his identity to remain secret.
