The reason that Big Brother can regulate all aspects of mandating laws for the "privilege" of using an automobile is simple. The infrastructure is paid for and maintained by the tax dollars of everyone. In order to use and have access to those infrastructures you must guarantee the safety and respect of the tax payers.....thus you must have insurance, you must have a license declaring you are capable and healthy enough to maintain control of your auto....if an accident does happen, the one that is at fault must process the minimum ability to make the victim WHOLE in a legal manner....you must have insurance. But you can purchase.....own, not pay a damn cent of taxes on the auto, not have insurance IF you use the auto on private property.

show us where the framers indicated that the government could charge a license, fee, or tax in order to travel.

Health Care is not a privilege nor is it a right of being human. One does not require insurance in order to live, like one needs food, shelter, etc. Its unconstitutional for Big Brother to mandate that you purchase something that you do not need nor want.

Guns. Is a private property issue as well. Just like the Auto....Big Brother can regulate your use of that gun in public.
