    Would you say that abortion performed a week before the expected due date isn't murder if the situation is not an emergency?

    Why would any such proceedure take place and where is that legal?

    The RHA broadened when late term abortions could be performed. In theory, it still limits abortions in the 3rd trimester, but in practice, it can allow a broad range of abortions during that time. Protecting a woman's "health" can be very broadly interpreted.

    The reason I brought up the previous hypothetical is because most pro-choice people (like myself) still view abortion as murder under certain specific circumstances, particularly during the third trimester.
