You are dreaming if you think other countries' soldiers are any different than we are. The reasons politicians give for wars evaporate once you hit the ground. I have been debating. I gave you the soldiers side of this debate. I gave you a perspective that often gets ignored AND never can be understood because only a soldier knows that level of fear, anxiety, and carnage. I don't even completely understand after many detailed accounts from many soldiers although I try. I countered all of the attacks against our soldiers with fact based logical reasoning.

Example of the kid in the road. It is a known fact that our enemy does that to stop a convoy to initiate an ambush. Hard for your side to believe that when our side says so but you believe that general trump killed was a statesman because iran says so. That general who drilled holes in a 4 year olds legs and killed his parents.....all his own people. They aren't like us. They are evil savages. Yet you seem to side with them. Talk to a trusted friend that was a soldier ask if they saw what my friends did.

Btw Even in your provided source video it states that some of the men appear to be armed. As I said earlier our enemy mixes with civilians to avoid being attacked. You proved my point and reinforced what my friends have been telling me.

The foreign soldiers do not want war and would be happy as hell to live a normal life working and raising families. There is a country that travels long distances to wage wars for money and resources. Those evil people you talk about are protecting their homes. That is part of the reason we cannot whip small countries that have no airforces and no navies. Our soldiers have mental problems. They cannot justify what they are doing. Kids sitting in the jungles of Viet Nam wondered why that were there. Kids thrown into Iraq did not know why they were there either. They have to serve time and try to survive. The Democrats have a better shot at winning the Rust Belt this year if they can do something that they've shown to be incapable of so far -- focus on economics and drop the identity politics crap. As long as Democrats push stupid social policies just to pander to the LGBT lobby and immigration nutjobs, that will turn off a lot of working class people, particularly white working class people. If they instead focus on economic policies that are aimed at helping the working class, then they will fare better.

If you knew union men,you would know they have far weaker and more personally expensive health plans. They know what direction healthcare is going, more cost, larger copays, more restrictions. If they could get universal healthcare and not worry about the constant rising costs, they would be pleased. Universal healthcare would benefit them too.
The political message that they will lose something is incorrect.
Insurance goes up in cost every year. They subtract benefits. And insurance is an adversarial relationship. They are fighting you to not cover what you paid for because insurance is a for-profit enterprise. They use rescission. They have doctors on staff whose function is to find some way, any way, to deny you services when you need them. Get seriously ill and you will be amazed how many hoops they will make you jump through. When you are at your weakest, you have to make endless phone calls and emails fighting to get procedures covered.
Unions don't want to go through that either.
