Let me start with that is a racist statement! You are saying that only neighborhoods with black families in them have crime. Crime knows no borders and you not living there means you don't keep up with local events.

What makes this any different than what happens almost daily in the nations inner cities? Having been around teen boys black and white. You can rest assured that when the shooter complained he was threatened in one way or another. Not to the point to use deadly force so clearly he over reacted.

Drove 4 hours away. This happened just AFTER leaving his ESTRANGED KID'S wedding (at least estranged before the wedding) where he consumed at least some alcohol and bought beer as I remember at the gas station. I also believe he had his girlfriend in the car.

And the vast majority of these type killings are over reaction, but people in fear of their life real or imagined will over react. The thing that makes this different is he shot into the car indicating he really wasn't in danger. But it took two trials to find him guilty of 1st degree murder.
