I already told you he shot into the car! Teen aged boys no matter what their skin color are full of testosterone. So when challenged they are going to talk back. The prudent thing would to have ignored the guy and drove off. But no they stayed got into an altercation and one got killed for it.

The prudent thing to do would have been for the murderer to roll his windows up and turn up his own music and ignore them to his gf came out of the store. Why start a fight over something so stupid and trivial? He had a concealed carry permit. Aren't those supposed to be for when you are actually physically threatened, and not just offended because you don't like someone's volume and choice of music?

Have you heard the way some of these kids have their music cranked? Hell with your windows up and the radio it still rattles your windows and is deafening a half block away. Not only that the boys were breaking Florida law.So the shooter should have called the cops and let them handle it. But hind sight is always 100%.FLORIDA LAW
The Florida law in which you are interested makes it illegal for anyone operating or occupying a motor vehicle on a street or highway to operate or amplify the sound produced by a radio, tape player, or other mechanical sound making device from within the vehicle so that the sound is (1) plainly audible at a distance of 100 feet or more from the vehicle or (2) louder than necessary for the convenient hearing of those inside the vehicle in areas adjoining churches, schools, or hospitals (Florida Stat. § 316. 3045). Vehicles exempt from the requirements include law enforcement vehicles and emergency vehicles with communication devices necessary for performing official duties, vehicles used for business or political purposes that use sound making devices in the normal course of conducting business, and vehicle horns or other warning devices required or permitted by law.
I already explained stand your ground.
Yes, we used to live across the street from an urban community college so I'm well aware of the loud music issue. It's annoying, but hardly a capital offense. It was kind of funny at times to watch our parrots start dancing when they heard the music -- inside the house with the windows closed. lol
The problem with that idiotic stand your ground law is that far too many tender snowflakes have and will use it to commit civilian executions, rather than for self-defense as intended.

What color are the kids across the street? This motherfucker went back to his car and told his girlfriend, "HE didn't have to listen to THUG music." Got his gun and fired 10 ROUNDS into the kid's car!
Apparently "black" music CAN be a capital offense at least in FLA.

Yeah, and they call us "snowflakes."
The community college has a pretty diverse student body including students from other countries. For some reason, hip-hop was/is popular among most of the kids, if you go by what you heard blasting out of their cars. I advised Mr. Owl to buy stock in hearing aid companies; we're gonna make a fortune. lol

A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.
