You can’t prove his intention was to hurt Biden before 2020. If his intention was to snuff out corruption from the 2016 election (Hillary’s servers etc), then you got no crime. Plus, no one is talking about how sketchy the Biden/Burisma actually is.

Impeachment is not a court of law. Impeachment is a political process giving Congress the authority to remove a president for gross and flagrant political misconduct.
