so why didn't the Dems take the subpoenas to court? there is no such thing as "Obstruction of Congress"

there is only "Obstruction of Justice or Contempt" -the Dems cant even get that right!

Yeah....that's why they applied RULES where they declare they don't have to abide by the articles found in the Bill of Rights. ROCK SOLID.....if you accept their ideology that this nation is ruled liked all other communist nations with the STATE being the arbitrator of RIGHTS instead of the Constitutional Rights found in the Untied States Constitution.

Regardless. Mr. Trump will be "exonerated" and acquitted by the actual rule of law.....before the doors of the senate floor have had time to close behind the dems idea of JUSTICE.

Rock Solid? Only one problem....the REAL RULE OF LAW as applied by the US SENATE. History will have many good things to say about this generation of democrats.

They have got it right enough to pass it as an article of impeachment.

Won't make any difference...we agree on that. The Trump defenders would see nothing wrong with him shooting someone on Fifth Avenue; torturing puppies on the White House lawn; or taking a dump in one of their kitchens.

    Yup...he will be acquitted.

But, we have HIS word that he would be acquitted of anything by his defenders.

So don't get all puffy-chest because he will be acquitted.

He still will be the least intellectual, most lacking in class boor ever to inhabit that office.

    Blind? How so?

Look it up. Sure the House can investigate whatever the hell they want to, but it doesn’t mean that anyone has to abide by the subpoenas. Not until a court validates the subpoena, THEN refusing to cooperate is obstruction. The courts haven’t validated any congressional subpoenas at this point.

So to impeach for this reason is foolish. House dems are driving this narrative, betting that the layman is ignorant of how this all works. And I can see it’s working on a lot of people.

But right now, it’s just hard to see the Senate trial of Trump taking place with any real chance that 67 senators will support removing him from office.

Then what is the point of this impeachment?

Except they have been cheating when it comes to voting since the electoral college was instituted.

They probably already have the election rigged.

If they can pick an innocent Black kid off the streets. falsely accuse him of some crime, lock him up with no representation then hold him there for decades........they can do the same to dump.

IF HE'S NOT REMOVED IT'S BECAUSE WHITE AMERICA WANTS HIM THERE.

    No crime has been committed.

The Democrats will lose in the Senate, they know it and the American people know it.

So this was a shabby political move where, once again, the radicals in the House have proved that they put politics and party above the country.

    Always.
Impeachment doesn’t require a criminal violation

    Bullshit.

In any case, the abomination is the first occupant of the Oval Office to suppose blanket and full immunity from the subpoenas of the House.

I don't blame him. My guess is those people subpoenaed would probably throw him under the bus rather than commit perjury to save his fat ass.

Nothing foolish about it...and I am happy they are doing it.

Trump will walk...because his stooges are more concerned with how he can effect their re-election chances than they are about our nation.

Anything else I can help you with?
