Default Any chance Dimwit Donny will impose Dec. 15 Tariffs on China?

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump has days to decide whether to impose tariffs on nearly $160 billion in Chinese consumer goods just weeks before Christmas, a move that could be unwelcome in both the United States and China."

"The White House’s top economic and trade advisers, including Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, Larry Kudlow, Peter Navarro, and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin are expected to meet in coming days with Trump over that decision, one person briefed on the situation said. There is still no clarity on what the decision will be."

My guess ... Donny figures out Christmas is right around the corner. Tariffs might hurt his 'I'm for the Little Guy' image that he is trying to promote. So, Dimwit Donny puts his finger into the wind, ...
... and declares 'We are so close to the Biggest Deal in the History of the World' ... that I am going to delay the Tariffs.

Anybody on Red Team want to dispute this? Teflon Don?

They have the Toy Fairs in February. Christmas orders and wholesale prices are locked in months and months ahead of time, and most order contracts are signed 6 to 10 months in advance.

Libs just don't understand how supply chains, manufacturing and business works. Tariffs at this time would not affect Christmas prices. If you think retialiers and wholesalers are placing Christmas orders in the month of Dec., you are misinformed.

    Don't doubt me.

Won’t you have him impeached and removed from office by then?

What do you hate more Trump or Christmas?

    Good point, Littledog.
Me and you know that, ... but does Trump?
    I'm guessing he doesn't.
See. Trump will look at the Calendar, see 'Christmas', and then start backtracking on his Dec. 15 'Tariffs on China' proclamation.

You seem to be very upset and all worked up, maybe you ought to see your doctor and get something to calm yourself down, before you fall apart.

Well everybody knows if the economy goes down Trump is toast.

The only thing holding him up is something he inherited from Obama.

You'll find out when Trump gets there. Meanwhile, sit back and try not to cry that your harpy lost in 2016 and your Party of Jackasses will lose again in 2020.
