Default UNANIMOUS SEN CMTE BILL BLOCKS TRUMP from leaving NATO (today)

So they'll vote to block him from doing what EUROPE is afraid he will do and BOLTON says will happen if he gets re elected, but too COWARDLY to vote to remove him?

I don't GET IT! Some one explain this. It makes no sense.

Legislation to stop Donald Trump from withdrawing the US from Nato has been approved for a Senate vote, amid uncertainty over the president’s intentions towards the alliance.

The Senate foreign relations committee on Wednesday voted unanimously for the bipartisan bill which will now await a slot to go to the Senate. Senator Tim Kaine, the draft legislation’s lead Democratic sponsor, said it was a response to fears that the Trump administration is actively considering withdrawal.

“We’re aware that it has been seriously debated and seriously considered in the White House at the highest levels,” Kaine told the Guardian. Trump’s former national security adviser, John Bolton, reportedly warned last month that, if re-elected in 2020, Trump could go “full isolationist” and withdraw from the 70-year-old North Atlantic alliance.

Would be sweet to see something get vetoed and overturned.

Do you think Trump would hold his breath until he turned blue?

Stamp his feet? Make a face? At the very least he would have to make a face.

According to COHEN, his fixer and a Trump biographer, he will NOT just go when he loses--at the time they meant from losing the election. It was way before impeachment.

Who orders the Capitol police, Secret Service or military to 'escort him out of the building'? You have to wonder if there is a standing procedure on this in a manual somewhere.

I'll tell you how it works.

A new President is sworn in.

At that point, all those government security people who swore to uphold the Constitution will have to do just that.

If Donald Trump refuses to leave a building he will have to be escorted out. It won't matter anyway, because he won't be President anymore.
