There was no bias that affected the investigation, that does not mean they did not have a bias.
Protocol us often bungled, especally when actions are shielded from the public, that's why I am against FISA.

I think on any comprehensive review of a large investigation you will find mistakes. No one is perfect. He said there was no political bias, like Trump claims.

He also said that "having supervisory and management errors and wrongdoing" does NOT exclude bias as another reason
which was shown with more evidence that came later.
