By supporting such a plan, you aren't concerned with the Constitution being interpreted but having Justices function as a legislative body. Lefties never give up. They have a plan to add justices to the Supreme Court to regain a majority. They are slimy and will sink to unfathomable depths to foist their "utopia" on an unwilling electorate. That's why we need to ensure that they never get control of the House, Senate and presidency all at the same time.

Yes the Reds will get to force their thieving agenda on the populace. I don"t know why you like that so much? Trump has done a lot of damage to high courts now by forcing through judges that were cited as unqualified by the Bar Assoc. Some never spent a second in a court or took a deposition. Trump gave us a supreme who really, really likes beer and cries when he does not get his way.
Justice is just another branch that Trump is fouling up. Who would have thought one unqualified crazy president could do so much damage?
