Notice how Nadler is *lying* about it being ‘a fact’ that Trump bribed/extorted/whatever the Ukrainians. IOW, if Democrats do ever actually vote and it moves to a Senate trial and it’s ruled that democrats can’t establish the fact of guilt—then Trump is effectively ‘exonerated’, innocent as fresh fallen snow or however you want to say it.
    Indeed.

I'm surprised you are so thick. Meh, no I'm not.

Acquittal is not a declaration of innocence.
But for all intents, the person is innocent.

Mr. Stephen Castor, Intel Committee Minority Counsel is destroying the Democrat’s flimsy impeachment circus.

The “bribee” (sic) says there was no bribery.

    Case closed.

except for the one intent you tried to sell, and that Trump will try to.

Trump can say "I'm innocent" afterwards. Nobody can get an injunction against that lie. The Senate can vote not to remove.

But the Senate cannot declare a finding of innocence, unless there is something about the model of which I am unaware.

There is actually a procedure now in criminal law where people do attempt to get a court finding of innocence
    to restore their good name.
This exception only proves the rule. They find you not guilty they do not find you innocent.

But point taken, they vote not to convict and Trump will serve out his term having been impeached.

It should be a clown show, and I will have no appetite to watch all these Republican senators rip up their
    citizenship cards on live tv.

    Innocent until PROVEN guilty.

DAs in NY, NJ, and FL disagree.

There is no chance of a conviction in the Senate with this made up nonsense from Schiff and company. What will be telling is how many Democrats are going to stand up to the bullshit in their own party and vote against impeachment in the House.
