I always thought these type of coins should be adopted by the US.
1. Blind people and foreigners could easily distinguish which coin is which.
2. Not just the different configurations are unique, but the 'colors' are different.

Maybe you would have a bronze round 1 cent. Then a silver diamond 5 cent. Then a 10 cent of copper with a hole in the middle. Then a 25 cent with 12 sides made of ______?
