Exactly! Any parent can tell you that Twittler behaves very much like a preschooler who hasn't developed self-awareness yet. Whenever he tattles on another kid what he's really doing is letting you know something *he* is guilty of. See his accusations against Biden's son, for example -- but whatever you do, do NOT look at his corrupt spawn soaking in the public dollars by virtue of TRE45ON's status as POTUS.

Another advantage of LED's is they are much brighter and some will work with Alxea. It's nice to just tell Alexa lights 50% or whatever.

He also dislikes the new lightbulbs, they make him look orange. He had them change the lights in several rooms in the White House.

Interesting that they don't even mention marble. I wouldn't recommend it in the kitchen...ever. We treat the bathroom counter with kid gloves.

Generally, it means he's lying. Of course, he's always lying. But, he's always claiming that 'many people say'.

That's simply him making shit up.

Re. refinishing. I had a good client who wanted me to make a replica of an antique vanity. They have quite a few nice pieces in their bedroom. This condo has a master bath, with another formica counter/sink outside the bathroom door. Everyone in this community hates it. It looks like a hotel room. They wanted an antique vanity. Rather than pay me to build one, I suggested that they go shopping for an old 3' dresser, and I'll convert it. They found this dresser/mirror for $100. I already cut the hole to rough in plumbing before I thought to take the picture.

I made a new top that goes wall to wall, and refinished the entire piece. They ended up paying $2000 for the job, including all the plumbing work I had to do. Refinishing isn't cheap.

They got a nice dresser/mirror for the price. All solid wood. Mirror makes the piece. Come to think of it, maybe I got the idea for the shelf on the backsplash in our bathroom from doing this one? I didn't want to hang the mirror on the wall and lose the beautiful base.

We love everything about this kitchen except for wanting to replace the current countertops with stone. Read your post to Christie; so marble has issues with staining?
I don't recommend it for kitchens. I don't even recommend it for baths, but we're being very careful. It is beautiful.

Our cabinets are actual wood, maple I think. They're a light wood and solid. We won't be changing those out! Whoever built this house originally went with quality all the way... except for the countertops. Question for you: The main living area bathroom is right off the kitchen. If you replace the kitchen counters with stone, would you also use the same stone in that bathroom? Or a different color/type?
I don't think you have to match the bath to the kitchen. If you can get a better price because you're using the whole slab, it won't hurt to ask about doing the bath top in the same stone.

"They take a shower and water comes dripping out, very quietly dripping out. People are flushing toilets 10 times, 15 times, as opposed to once; they end up using more water. So EPA is looking very strongly at that, at my suggestion."

It's obvious he wants to get rid of low-flow faucets and toilets. Maybe when you eat a diet like HE does, you have to flush 10 or 15 times. Ugh.
Guess you did understand it after all, despite your claim.
