The EPA to look into the disaster of people having to flush their toilet 10-15 times. The rest of his screed I will need help deciphering the meaning.

He also dislikes the new lightbulbs, they make him look orange. He had them change the lights in several rooms in the White House.

Gods, that was hard to read. WTF does this even mean?
"We have a situation where we're looking very strongly at sinks and showers and other elements of bathrooms, where you turn the faucet on in areas where there's tremendous amounts of water, where it all flows out to sea because you could never handle it all, and you don't get any water," he said. "They take a shower and water comes dripping out, very quietly dripping out. People are flushing toilets 10 times, 15 times, as opposed to once; they end up using more water. So EPA is looking very strongly at that, at my suggestion."
It's obvious he wants to get rid of low-flow faucets and toilets. Maybe when you eat a diet like HE does, you have to flush 10 or 15 times. Ugh.

He is absolutely correct about the problems with low flow toilets: https://www.plumbermag.com/how-to-ar...w_flow_toilets. Plenty of other references if anyone wants to look.

Shame you don't take the 3 minutes necessary to avoid looking silly. Found in Sailor's link
In 1992, President George Bush signed the Energy Policy Act, which mandated that new toilets use 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) as opposed to the old school 3.5 to 5 gpf. As a result, we were left with a pip squeak amount of water to flush our waste away.

For flushing urine only, there's no reason to use 5 gallons of water. There are power flush toilets that work fine. We just bought one with the two choices for flush. We don't like it. My complaint is that there isn't enough water sitting in the bowl. I can't adjust the water level because the overflow pipe in the tank needs to be 1" taller.
But we bought a cheap one. The more expensive ones work fine.
