Kicking up about very real racism is one thing, but I think that, in the long run, we have to ask what is keeping this filth alive, and I honestly don't think it is some inherent genetic inheritance that goes with skin colour. As we know, racism was developed to persuade the mugs to fight for colonialism and accept slavery as an institution, then, in the American South, to make 'free' mugs accept poverty as long as they could feel superior to somebody. In the finish, though, we're going to have to face the fact that the purpose of racism now is to divide people who might otherwise deal with their exploitation by the rich together. Okay, it's long term, and not an either-or thing. When people are ready to fight the system, though, they get over the shit. Two of my wife's chartist ancestors (pinky-greyish as far as I know) went over to join the Northern Army specifically to fight slavery because they were getting nowhere at home fighting wage-slavery, and where I was brought up we practically worshipped Paul Robeson because he was on our side when nobody else was. As I say, it is long-term, but worth considering, not as an alternative but as the long-term solution.
