My prediction is that the liberal congress critters have painted themselves into a corner; because of the following:

1 - If they vote for impeachment, it then goes to the Senate and can be dragged out until November of 2020; which will then hinder liberal Presidential hopefuls from being able to successfully campaign.

2 - If they vote for censure, then their constituents are going to are going to go "WTF, you promised us an impeachment".
