Default Russia Hacks Hong Kong Elections

    https://foreignpolicy.com/2019/11/25...sions-victory/

Somehow, despite polls and media reporting, the CCP candidates were routed by the candidates in favour of liberal democracy. The outsider candidates scored a YUGE upset victory 389-61.
    Anonymity is priceless!

What caused such an enormous misjudgment? The biggest single problem is this: The people in charge of manipulating Hong Kong public opinion for the CCP are also the people charged with reporting on their own success.

The chief channel is the Hong Kong Liaison Office, a government organ that, officially, is in charge of pushing mainland-Hong Kong integration and that in reality acts as the coordinator for United Front policies, coordinating pro-Beijing politicians, CCP-backed newsletters, and the co-option of patronage and business networks. At the same time, it also provides intelligence to the central government.

Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

Well, the elections were massive turnout. Almost all Democrats won. So that means in local elections doesn't have a lot of power, just matter for local issues like potholes and such

I doubt the election in Hong Kong was about potholes......

The voters intended their turnout to be largely symbolic. I'm pretty sure they don't expect the councilmen they elected to actually overturn CCP rule. Of course, the fact that the fucking commies are so embarrassed over this whole affair is nice.

In the end, it will not matter. China is a Communist Dictatorship that has never shied away from brutal policies to keep its population in line.
