If you slip up, it's OK just get back to it.

One source indicates he was experiencing chest discomfort.

Probably a major anxiety attack presenting as chest discomfort. No matter what it was, he'll lie about it.

If you've got 90% blockage in one of your arteries, statins will do no good. Some people will have high cholesterol no matter their diet. Many have no ill effects. There are a lot of factors that go into heart attack/disease.

DNA is the biggest factor, unless you smoke, ignore diabetes, etc.

Yep. I lost a friend a few years ago to colon cancer. 55 years old. Vegan for 30 years. Father had a history of colon cancer. Guy was extremely intelligent. Not smart enough to get a colonoscopy before he was diagnosed, though.

He already has. How could he not be under stress? He doesn't sleep, and the walls are closing in. He has absolutely no control over those who put country over their job security.
You have to admit...it took him two years to come up with a govt. that will protect him from his crimes. He's got the courts, State Dept., Justice Dept, and the Senate.

Wouldn't it be ironic if he had a heart attack now?

I mail my poop to them to check for the enzymes. I put in a little extra for their enjoyment, no charge.

That's a great idea. Maybe a one-semester required health class. They could learn healthy eating as you said, nutrition, sex ed, ways to incorporate exercise into your daily life, etc.
