The Repubs hold the Senate it likely will not pass. It is all whether they think they should do good for the nation or vote for their political power. There are many who want him gone to stop the damage he is doing, but will it cost them their seat? Any Repubs who stood up against Trump are gone. So far the Repubs have shown no courage.
