Yovanovich serves at the pleasure of the President.

It isn't a lifetime appointment. Her opinions about policy are irrelevant. The President makes our foreign policy, not unelected bureaucrats or members of the House Judiciary committee.

If Yovanovich doesn't agree with her boss, she is free to quit.
