I think the facts should be given to the public before a vote. It will also help if the Republicans try to sweep it under the rug once its at the Senate. If the public knows the facts and the Senate does not take it seriously, there will be a political price for Republican Senators. A political price is the only thing that might force these cowards to take it seriously.

Where have you read that the Republicans in the Senate will sweep it under the rug? McCuntell has said he will have a trial. I fully want him to have a trial that takes at least three months or more so it sucks up the primary where six of your democrats won't be able to campaign.
