In 2012 Obama released his DACA executive order (not a law) and told 700,000 illegal aliens he was exempting them from ACTUAL LAWS PASSED BY CONGRESS that say they cannot live or work here. He actually gave them a card saying they were exempt. Even though the constitution says the president "shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed." Trump tried to end DACA but lower courts have said that since obama refused to enforce immigration laws, trump can't enforce the laws either! Supreme Court will hear the issue starting nov 12. The SC has no legal choice but to agree with Trump but who knows what they'll do with half dead, alcoholic, mexico-firsters like Ginsberg on the court. ?
