The US will never be a socialist country, so you best be planning your move sooner than later.
25 years ago my wife and I decided that New York State wasn't suiting our needs and I was convinced that the politics there would not change to suite me. Looking back their politics have only gotten worse. So that move we made was a sound decision.

There is nothing in my family history or personal health record to suggest that I will die sooner than my maternal grandfather did, and my father is still alive and very active. I'll be voting for at least another 40 years. So your dream of conservative voters simply dying out won't happen very soon.
There is also nothing in history to suggest that young people won't grow up and start voting responsibly, For less government, like I did and most of the folks I know who are my age. So your dream of conservatism dying off isn't likely to happen.
Nah, I think you are better off making the move sooner rather than later. Don't "do a Ginsberg" and be left holding the bag, so to speak. In her case, it is a colostomy bag- very unpleasant.....
You might live another 40 years, but most Boomers won't. Boomers are going to Make America Great Again by dying.

Actually, America has been continually moving Left for most of its history. At one point, the following things were considered far left: ending slavery, a five day work week, child labor laws, women voting, Catholic immigration, gay marriage, and transgender transitioning. Young people do not become more conservative as they age. Rather, their liberal views become the norm as they age, then the new generation is seen as the new Far Left. One day, Millennials will be seen as conservative because all of our ideas will be the norm.

Slavery was a Democrat institution just like socialism is. And of course socialism is basically slavery so your beloved Democrats haven't changed much.
Your theory doesn't hold water, since the folks who you wish death on now, "boomers" as you call them, came of age in the 60's and most of them were hippies and such. I know my older siblings were. The most strait-laced of them, back then, is now a liberal, and my wild sisters have been reliable GOP voters for decades now.
You best move along to a "better" country now and stop making excuses.
