Default Do Supreme Court “Lawyers” Get Frequent Flyer Miles?

Make no mistake about this. Judges are lawyers. As lawyers they are notorious for overcharging (RIPPING OFF) their clients. In the Judicial Travel Accountability Act taxpayers are the High Court’s clients.

Kevin Daley’s article is unclear, but I am pretty sure taxpayers are reimbursing somebody:

A new bill would require Supreme Court justices to disclose more information about privately funded travel, a lavish and much-enjoyed perk of service on the nation’s highest judicial tribunal.

Federal judges have relatively cursory reporting requirements for reimbursed travel as compared to the other branches of government. The justices are only obligated to provide the source and a brief description of reimbursements, but need not report dollar amounts or any gift received as “personal hospitality.”

The proposed Judicial Travel Accountability Act requires judicial officers to itemize privately funded travel, lodging and related expenses within 15 days of a trip’s end and provide detailed descriptions of meetings and events in which they participated. Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island is the lead Senate sponsor, while Democratic Rep. David Cicilline of Rhode Island is leading the House effort.

“Judges and justices receive free trips around the world, and the American people deserve to know in a timely manner how much the excursions cost and who’s paying,” Fix the Court executive director Gabe Roth said in a statement following introduction of the bill on Oct. 17. “Officials in the executive and legislative branches are already compelled to disclose this type of information, so there’s no reason judicial travel and gift reporting should remain exempt from accepted standards.”

Members of the Supreme Court are well-traveled by any objective standard. All nine justices reported reimbursed travel on their 2018 financial disclosures.

Take this one to the bank. Taxpayers paid the freight to teach non-existent International law. Before Justice Anthony Kennedy retired he taught International law in Salzburg, Austria for more than two decades. Justice Ginsberg joined Kennedy on several occasions.

Worse than teaching non-existent International law, justices getting a vote in cases involving International law is the closest thing to a crooked horse race you will ever find. It is a waste of time searching high and low for 5 out of 9 lawyers who will vote against anything found in an un-ratified United Nations Treaty, or vote against the legitimacy of a United Nations Tribunal.

Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy will teach for his 26th year in the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law's annual Salzburg, Austria Summer Program, which runs from July 5 through July 24, 2015.

Justice Kennedy has taught in Salzburg Summer Program for all but one of the past 25 years.

    XXXXX

The three-week program in Salzburg offers international and comparative law courses in public and commercial law fields to law students who want to expand their understanding of international issues that increasingly impact legal practice everywhere. Pacific McGeorge Distinguished Professor John Sprankling will teach International Environmental Law.

What are the odds the SCOTUS will vote against something called International Environmental Law; i.e. United Nations Law?

For years, I have been saying that the EPA is a de facto U.N. bureaucracy. Now that the relationship between INTERPOL and the U.N. is less obscure than it was in the past, Obama’s reasons for inviting INTERPOL into this country are obvious. INTERPOL is here to oblige everything environmental freakazoids in organizations like Global E-Waste Crime Group inventing a crime.

And what in hell is a Global E-Waste Crime Group in the first place? The name sounds like Dick Tracy’s Crimestoppers from the old comic strip. It is certainly not crime as Americans understand crime, but it is crime as defined by America’s enemies. Inevitably, so-called environmental crimes will be tried in the U.N.’s judicial system. Boy, was that a surprise!

In 2010 INTERPOL pledged war on “environmental crime” whatever the hell that is. Bolivia’s President Evo Morales, a bedbug in his own right, even called for prosecuting criminal “countries” in the U.N.’s International Criminal Court. None other than Bolivia’s bedbug called for an International climate justice tribunal to punish environmental miscreants:

The United Nations arresting Americans in their own country is not possible without INTERPOL. Without INTERPOL a global climate court is as meaningless as is the rest of the U.N.’s judicial system —— The World Court, and its spinoffs, the International Criminal Court, special tribunals, and whatever else they can get away with.

To make it all work INTERPOL needed the authority to investigate American industries in order to charge them with an International environmental crime even if a targeted company did not violate American laws. When Obama amended President Reagan’s EO he handed INTERPOL the necessary authority.

Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.

By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

QUESTION: Who will the U.N.’s court actually prosecute after INTERPOL makes the arrest? ANSWER: Every American that global government Communists want to silence and punish:

Finally, Evo Morales proved that displaced Communists flocked to environmental tax dollars paid to the United Nations after the Soviet Union imploded. Once Communists got behind environmental scams with the U.N.’s blessings there was no stopping the parasites. In October 2009, the U.N. General Assembly named Morales World Hero of Mother Earth.

    In 2011:

Bolivia will this month table a draft United Nations treaty giving "Mother Earth" the same rights as humans — having just passed a domestic law that does the same for bugs, trees and all other natural things in the South American country.

World Hero of Mother Earth is in again. Note that the bedbug and his judges have no more use for his country’s Constitution than our Democrats and their judges have for the U.S. Constitution:

Morales is Bolivia's first indigenous president and the region's longest-ruling leader. If declared winner, this will be Morales' fourth term as president. Bolivia's constitution limits presidents to serving two terms, a move upheld by a 2016 referendum. But the nation's Constitutional Court — seen by critics as being stacked with the president's loyalists — overturned the decision and ruled that it would violate Morales' human rights to deny his candidacy.

This country’s Founders created the first government designed to rein in the very parasites Democrats bring in. Our original government failed when you look at how much the concept of limited government was overruled by parasites or abolished entirely. I very much doubt if lost liberties can be recovered.

The fact that the majority of men and women are not parasites proves that Socialism’s curse is not a permanent ingredient in human nature.

Basically, organized religion’s priesthoods and parasites are twins born on the first day a recognizable government was created. I am not certain which one came out first. Between them civilized men and women were slaughtered by parasitic do-gooders in government for thousands of years. Do-gooders are running scared because they are becoming the hunted.

NOTE: Parasites always ask God to lend a hand with the killing —— they never pray to their priests when they need divine assistance. That is why I suggest do the killing without invoking God or clerics.

Contrary to popular belief there is a way to end the slaughter. Find a way to effectively bar charity hustling parasites from the public purse. The evolution of parasite government in this country proves that our original form of government no longer works. Killing every do-gooder in the world the instant they are identified will work if there is any hope for a return to limited government. Call killing parasites giving them a taste of their medicine if you have qualms about killing the people who deserve it.

Try a world without do-gooders for five or six hundred years. Governments can always return to feeding parasites if killing them off does not keep them away from the public purse forever.

p.s. If I get a choice between the lions and the do-gooders like Evo Morales & Company I am rooting for the lions.

A horrible way to die, to be sure, but it does not seem that they were executed for their faith, but rather as “punishment” for arson.

    BEDBUG UPDATE

The bedbug is threatening to organize violent bedbugs:

Former Bolivian President Evo Morales threatened to form armed terrorist groups on Monday to take back control of his country from the constitutionally legitimate government that took over following his resignation last year.

Morales, who led Bolivia since 2006, resigned last November after an independent audit by the Organization of American States (OAS) found significant evidence that his government committed fraud to win the October presidential race. Morales was not constitutionally allowed on the ballot but pushed through a court decision declaring he had “human rights” to run for president again despite term limits.

Arming bedbugs for democracy comes as no surprise:

Posting on Twitter Monday, Morales also pledged to “take back democracy” in Bolivia.

    UPDATE

I was disappointed seeing this article published by Canada Free Press. The piece is a mixture of good and bad. The bad outweighs the good because it gives the United Nations —— and INTERPOL—— a legitimacy they do not deserve.

A 2014 report by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and Interpol, estimated the value of illegal and environmentally harmful activities at between $70 and $213 billion per year. This includes illegal deforestation, poaching, trafficking of protected species, fishing, mining and dumping. But this is a conservative estimate since carbon trading has also now become an environmental crime cash cow.
