Default Registered Republican for 46 years changes party.

I can relate although I registered as independent rather than Democrat. But this guy thinks a lot like me.

After 46 years as a registered Republican, today I changed my party. This is a big deal for me and the primary reason is to allow me to vote in the Democratic primary. I wish to have a voice in the process of deciding who will take on our current abhorrent and corrupt President. The Republican party of smaller government, charity, separation of church and state, balanced budgets, no deficits and reduced debt has been obliterated by Trump and there does not seem to be any will to return to the party of Lincoln. So if I must vote Democrat to have a voice, I will do so. I will assuredly change to Independent after the primaries unless I am substantially changed by the Democratic party in the next few months. In theory, many of the policies being put forth by many Democrats seem attractive and vote worthy, however I have yet to see one plan which is either deficit neutral or supported by all Americans. I have grave concerns about programs like Medicare for All and Free College for All, etc. I am concerned that, a too progressive Democratic platform or a too progressive candidate will allow Trump a lane to plow through or if too Progressive a candidate wins the White house, I will have the same awful feeling about the new President.
We in the middle 10% decide elections and although I have registered as a Democrat to vote in the primary, I am not overly excited by any front runner on the Democratic side but know we must get rid of Trump.
Judge Juan M. Merchan wrote that Trump “appears to take the position that his situation and this case are unique and that the pre-trial publicity will never subside. However, this view does not align with reality.”

It just doesn't happen, these stories are always fake. I can see being critical of the GOP, hell, I'm very critical of them, but to turn commie? Oh hell no. If anything, it flows in the other direction. Sometimes libs actually grow up and become thinking people. Some never grow up. Look at MASON, he just allegedly celebrated his 70th birthday.

There is no light...or food...with Socialism.

    Ask Venezuela.

The radical Democrat Socialists have a Socialist running for President. If he gains the nomination (he won’t) every radical Democrat would vote for him...a Socialist.

Would you say that if it were repubs instead of Dems?
