I don’t think Nancy or other House members really believe those numbers or they would hold a vote on it lol.

What other nasty precedents will The Resistance set on their perverse mission to overturn the election and subvert the will of 63 million voters? What do you have in store next?
    Let’s try this again, dumbfuck

THERE EXISTS NO DUE PROCESS IN THE HOUSE IMPEACHMENT.

Trump has no right to confront his accusers or anything else related to due process. It’s not criminal proceeding

Then try this one, ignorant fuck. There are dozens you could look up, but you’re too fucking lazy.

The convention adopted “high crimes and misdemeanors” with little discussion. Most of the framers knew the phrase well. Since 1386, the English parliament had used “high crimes and misdemeanors” as one of the grounds to impeach officials of the crown. Officials accused of “high crimes and misdemeanors” were accused of offenses as varied as misappropriating government funds, appointing unfit subordinates, not prosecuting cases, not spending money allocated by Parliament, promoting themselves ahead of more deserving candidates, threatening a grand jury, disobeying an order from Parliament, arresting a man to keep him from running for Parliament, losing a ship by neglecting to moor it, helping “suppress petitions to the King to call a Parliament,” granting warrants without cause, and bribery. Some of these charges were crimes. Others were not. The one common denominator in all these accusations was that the official had somehow abused the power of his office and was unfit to serve.

You didn’t answer. Is malfeasance a crime?

But, we don’t need any of that technical crap. Mueller found 10 instances of obstruction of justice.

The phone call to Ukraine and the on camera request to China is sufficient.

that's the basis for including U.S. Impeachment in the Constution you moron. "abuse of power" for Parliament

But the founders excluded that in the text mentioning only crimes, and high crimes at that.
Now GO BACK AND READ THE TEXT = "high crimes" -why can't you understand this?

Before you dig around Parliament - look to previous POTUS impeachments.

You’re right about that much at least lol.

What kind of ‘proceeding’ is it though? I would say ‘Witch Hunt’ probably best describes it. Democrats are using the transcript or ‘transcripts’ as a justification to find something/anything they can draft articles of impeachment with.

At this point, they’re not even sure what they’re looking for. Maybe Inquisition is a better term.

Do you goof balls ever think ahead? What do you suppose would happen if The Resistance’s dreams are fulfilled and Trump is impeached and removed? Do you think republicans will be motivated to turn out in 2020? Do you think democrats would be able to keep the House?

Do you ever ask yourselves if it’s really worth it?

GOP Members Of Intel Committee Lambast Adam Schiff For Hiding Documents
    https://thefederalist.com/2019/10/18...ing-documents/
“We are concerned that the Majority is knowingly withholding Committee documents related to your so-called ‘impeachment inquiry’ from the Minority,” the letter reads. “…it has come to our attention that the Majority is not uploading (or providing physical copies of) certain Committee documents related to your ‘impeachment inquiry’ to its document repository, thus withholding the existence of such documents from the Minority.”

GOP HPSCI members counted 20 documents that have yet to be shared with the Minority. In the letter, the Minority requests the Majority release all documents to all committee members regardless of party identification.

GOP HPSCI members call this move unprecedented.

We expect that the Majority adhere to the Committee’s past precedents and that appropriately cleared staff have immediate access to all documents generated or received by the Committee related to your impeachment inquiry. We see no reason for your withholding of these documents except as a deliberate attempt to hinder the Minority’s participation.

Republican HPSCI members conclude by asking Schiff why the Intelligence Committee is investigating impeachment given the about-face he’s taken on the importance of a whistleblower complaint. Schiff abruptly moved from demanding the anti-Trump complainant testify to preventing the testimony, following reports that the complainant and Schiff’s staff had worked with each other prior to the complaint being lodged.

The result of the flip-flop, Republicans say, is that the inquiry no longer has jurisdiction within the important Intelligence Committee:

Further, given that you have recently acknowledged that the Committee no longer needs to receive testimony from the whistleblower, your ‘impeachment inquiry’ lacks any relationship with the jurisdiction of this Committee. As you are aware, the Committee was established to conduct crucial oversight of the Intelligence Community, and we are increasingly concerned our normal work is being overlooked in favor of partisan activities best suited for another Committee.

Schiff has previously been criticized for falsely claiming to have evidence that Trump had treasonously colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election.

So, what if they were bipartisan? Cunt, there is no due process in impeachment. Nobody is being deprived of life, liberty or property. Fucking moron can’t absorb anything.

    Try absorbing this, idiot

The third approach is that an indictable crime is not required to impeach and remove a President. The proponents of this view focus on the word "misdemeanor" which did not have a specific criminal connotation to it at the time the Constitution was ratified. This interpretation is somewhat belied by details of the debate the Framers had in arriving at the specific language to be used for the impeachment standard.

Initially the standard was to be "malpractice or neglect of duty." This was removed and replaced with "treason, bribery, or corruption." The word "corruption" was then eliminated. On the floor during debate the suggestion was made to add the term "maladministration." This was rejected as being too vague and the phrase "high crimes and misdemeanors" was adopted in its place. There are many legal scholars who believe this lesser standard is the correct one, however.

You fucking idiot. look at precedence. Nixon was the only removal because he was a crook.
He and Clinton got due Process in the House from the Judiciary committee -where is Nadler?

Why is Schiff allowed to hide documents, leak parts of transcripts and control witnesses and subpoena?
How can anyone call this remotely fair? Schiff is running a Star Chamber!

Again all this noise about abuse of power is NOT an indictable offense, or impeachment would be common.
(and the Dems are insuring here it will become just that)

It's a fail safe, since the people are true arbitors of whom are in power, there is not even a crime here to investigate yet Schiff is taking depository testimony?? WTF??

Yup, Pelosi just flipped the page.

From now on, presidents will get elected only to see if they can survive the ensuing ‘inquiry’. Which is EXACTLY what the founders didn’t want to happen.

Indeed...in secret, behind closed doors. No due process, no confronting his accusers.
