Soldiers are not big on telling commanders "no", but we have a very good army, so they might. Or maybe we should say most "might". There will always be some who follow any order, no matter how unlawful.

Some of the Utah NG soldiers on the WH lawn are querying their commanders as to the lawfulness of Trump's orders.
I am in contact with a parent of one of them, and the story is that the soldiers are pissed.
They want to be covered by law if they have to shoot anybody.

The National Guard comes under the Posse Comitatus Act when federalized, so trump could not use the National Guard for policing, only the governors could... Except where trump acts as governor in DC. That is why only in DC is trump able to use soldiers to seize a church.
