Well, as I've been following this on LBC this deal did nix the Irish border element, correct?
Will you get back your fishing territories as well?
Are there any other parts of the deal that concern you?
Do you think that MP's will vote for it? I don't see how they can't at this point.

This all I could find as far as LIVE coverage of the EU Summit in Brussels which should be starting soon.
Looks like the major players have all arrived. We'll see.

Yes, Labour, the Liberals and SNP will vote against because they are snivelling bastards. As for the DUP who knows, they are not known for willingness to compromise. However, we will be out at the end of the month regardless and the Benn Act can be damned!!

Appears so. Juncker said that there will be no more prolonging of this.

Want to bet it is going back to a nationwide referendum?

He ain't going to get it thru Parliament, leaving him only two choices, exit clean, or put his deal up for referendum, I'd wager the later conclusion

As I understand it, all the EU has said is, since a deal has been agreed, there is no current need for extra time. The question is whether the Commons will agree these terms, despite Unionist objections.

Scotland's fishermen see 'sea of opportunity’ from agreed Brexit deal

Scottish fishermen welcomed the EU-UK Brexit agreement, which they say provides a "gateway" for Britain to leave the common fisheries policy and become an independent coastal state.

The Scottish Fishermen’s Federation pledged to support the deal brokered on Thursday between the EU and Boris Johnson. The UK parliament is due to vote on the accord in two days' time.

In tens of marginal seats in Scotland the fishing vote exercises disproportionate influence. Nigel Farage, leader of the Brexit party, has said the “acid test” of any deal will be how it affects Britain’s fishing community.

“More than three years after the referendum, we hope that Saturday marks the turning point when we can move to the next stage – working towards the sea of opportunity that exists outside of the EU’s common fisheries policy, and being able to redress the imbalance where 60 per cent of fish caught in UK waters are not caught by the UK fleet,” said Elspeth Macdonald, chief executive of SFF in a statement.

It is imperative that the implementation period does not extend beyond the end of 2020, and that negotiations on the future free trade agreement between the UK and EU do not make any concessions on access to UK waters.

The British fishing industry represents 0.1 per cent of the economy.

Since the idiot MPs voted that there must be a deal, they will be stuck accepting whatever Boris delivers them. Good thing they never obligated themselves to accept one of May's deals.
