Baltimore is hell on earth, but Cummings was rarely there and was a Congressman from 1966 -Baltimore 7th.

what did he ever do for Baltimore??

He "represented" Maryland's 7th District for 23 1/2 years. Of the State's 8 Congressional Districts his regularly led the way in food stamp use. The most recent numbers indicate an almost 20% use by his constituents. He had what can be considered an automatic seat when it came election time being that it had a built in guarantee, majority minority, make up.

Congressman Cummings went home to Baltimore every night.

And WTF would you know about his career. As if you followed it.

    Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

There's one and only one reason he continued to be elected. It's not hard to win an election in a district where there is a built in guarantee because it's 60% black.

His clearly never did a damn thing to help his constituents. On a regular basis, almost 20% of his constituents, the largest percentage of any district in the State, used food stamps.

And you followed his career too? You don't even know enough to not support a lifelong grifter. Give me a break!

What career? He's held two elected positions over the past 36 years. The Maryland 7th district, with it's majority minority make up, guaranteed him a win. Maybe the left believes Elijah did such a good job for his district because they want more on the government dole or they realize that because his constituency is 60% black, they can't do any better.

Without that built in guarantee in Maryland's 7th, he'd be lucky to get a job shining shoes in the Capitol.

I'm from Baltimore. The 7th is a disgrace in parts
I could clarify in that he was "rarely there" in terms of working for his constituents.
And I don't mean meeting them, I mean working for their needs

That's clear. 23 years representing constituents where 20% or more were regularly using food stamps.

People tend to forget he had a built in guarantee with his gerrymandered district.

Because he was critical of Trump and that's how American fake Christians react when a person points out that their president is a criminal.

To be a criminal, one must first be convicted of a crime. Perhaps you can get Elijah to tell you when that has happened.

Guess eating too many chitterlings, ham hocks, fried chicken, and pork rinds caught up with Elijah.

Don't worry, boy, Maryland's 7th district is 60% black. They'll vote in another representative that will likely produce the same 20% use of food stamps.
