Asshats like Graham want to punish Putin over Syria?? WTF?? The war-hawks are frothing over a role in Syria

EDIT: oh yeah buttiegeg (whatever)answer was so lame- "But Trump"- they say he looked good?
It is a bit difficult for anyone to be neutral between a senile liar and his cynical supporters on the one hand and generally acknowledged truth on the other, surely? What is happening to western democracy, particularly in the UK and US suggests an urge to mass suicide rather.

Sounds good, what a civilized country should look like.

We are already paying for that stuff, it just comes down to the most efficient way to pay for it, out of pocket or payroll tax deduction

Say, how many trillions of dollars have we spent paying our Iraq war obligations?

There's an easy solution. Taxpayers shouldn't pay for things that are a person's personal responsibility to fund. That's the most efficient way. It means if you pay, you get and if you don't pay, you don't get. That's civilized.

If it's free, why is anyone paying for it? Why would someone considering himself civilized think something you have to pay for is free.

I've really enjoyed living under the Hillary presidency. Let's hope she runs and beats Donald again.

I guess Trump took it on the chin from Hillary in 2016. Is that why she's President and he's not.

Sadly, Pete is probably the best candidate for the job of POTUS, but gets no attention. What I want is someone who is intelligent enough to know when to surround himself with a competent staff, as Obama did. Sure...Obama had a pipe dream that if he adds right leaning advisers to his cabinet, he'd be able to work across the aisle. Little did he know that Republicans were plotting behind closed doors to destroy the nation in order to make him a one term POTUS.

I see Mayor Pete as one who could listen to a variety of opinions and decide what's best for the nation.

Correct. trump's mistake is his belief that he's only POTUS for those who supported him, and a vindictive ass to those who didn't.

He tricked just enough of Bernie's supporters, coupled with a few in labor, and squeaked out an EC win. That won't happen again, because everyone knows exactly who he is now.

They were warned in '16. Now they realize their folly.

Whereas I don't agree with the free tuition, and debt forgiveness, I agree with the other issues on that list. The Stimulus went a long way toward expanding child care, which allowed lower income people to go out and work.

In our changing economy, we should be more focused on training service related workers, than we are on paying for a liberal arts degree for all who want one.
