There's an easy solution. Taxpayers shouldn't pay for things that are a person's personal responsibility to fund. That's the most efficient way. It means if you pay, you get and if you don't pay, you don't get. That's civilized.

If it's free, why is anyone paying for it? Why would someone considering himself civilized think something you have to pay for is free.

What I want is someone who is intelligent enough to know when to surround himself with a competent staff, as Obama did. Little did he know that Republicans were plotting behind closed doors to destroy the nation in order to make him a one term POTUS.

Whereas I don't agree with the free tuition, and debt forgiveness, I agree with the other issues on that list. The Stimulus went a long way toward expanding child care, which allowed lower income people to go out and work.

In our changing economy, we should be more focused on training service related workers, than we are on paying for a liberal arts degree for all who want one.
