I did not say it is. You made that argument. It is an impeachment investigation that will certainly wind up with an impeachment. Trump's people are testifying every day to things Trump did or ordered that are illegal or wrong. Mulvaney added to the pile today. Yes they do. It is typical for impeachments. It is not just presidential. There have been lots of judges impeached in our history, none with starting votes. You hang on to your belief as long as you want to, but the rest of the world and Trump too, know an impeachment investigation is going on. He also knows his mafia soldiers are blabbing to save their own asses. Trump is screaming and angry because he has no defense.
The Constitution gives the house the power of investigating for impeachment and allows it to decide its own rules.
