The Caliphate, remember, defeating ISIS. The old “fight them there so we don’t have to fight them at home”. You neocons were once real gung ho on fighting in the ME.

lol.. but they are NATO is a lot more then about Syria.

Frankly them buying the S-300 from Russia makes sense in that its a better ABM as well..

I'd much rater have Turkey then the inevitable Ukraine NATO expansion -why are we fighting the Russians?

Get ready for an endless parade of “BUT THEY ARE DYINGGGGGGG!” propo from the Democrats. They think this will hurt Trump, because their own followers are stupid.

If the Democrats want a War in Syria so damn badly, they can always VOTE to go to war.

““Fifty service members are not going to stop a Turkish advance,” Mr. Esper said...“The U.S. doesn’t have the forces on hand to stop an invasion of Turkey that is 15,000 strong.”

So Libs do u want to seend 15k troops there?

    Not a few US Friendlies!

You don't understand a war with friendlies on the ground -it happens all the time.

The little cunt couldn't care how many of those darker skinned people get killed. I only wish that you were in the direct line of fine.

For what it's worth, I agree with you. But this is a matter for NATO and the UN, and both of them seem paralyzed right now because they really have nothing to bitch about vis-a-vis America. Everyone who matters knows how Turkey feels about the Kurd's. There should have been a large, multinational force over there between them instead of 25 U.S. troops. The guard force at those ISIS holding facilities should have been staffed with a professional, international force and well protected. Once the ME honeymoon was over, we were roundly criticized for everything we did over there. Hopefully, now we will see what the rest of the world would do. The quest for peace in that God forsaken pit is like trying to put 5 mountain lions on a leash and take them for a walk

Bloody hypocrite, I don't remember you saying one word when ISIS were wiping out the Yazidis because of Obama's incredible stupidity.

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, calling itself Islamic State) is recognized by the United Nations as the perpetrator of a genocide of Yazidis in Iraq.[1][10][11] The genocide led to the expulsion, flight and effective exile of the Yazidis from their ancestral lands in Northern Iraq whose women and girls were forced into sexual slavery by the Islamic State and whose men were killed by the thousands.[12] The genocide led to the abduction of Yazidi women and massacres that killed five thousand Yazidi civilians[4][13] during what has been called a "forced conversion campaign"[14][15] being carried out in Northern Iraq by ISIL, starting in 2014. The genocide happened following the Kurdish Peshmerga withdrawal, which left the Yazidis defenseless.[16][17]

How many hundreds of thousands have our Xtian soldiers, bombs, and missiles killed? Or is that different because you think of ME troops as all Muslim but American troops are not Xtians?
