Their use of coal for electricity generation is on the rise, while ours is decreasing and their country produces more "cow farts" than anywhere else on the planet. Why aren't you liberals lecturing them about how they are destroying the planet? Why isn't Greta over there raising a stink and asking "how dare they"?

When (if) electric cars ever function as well as ICE cars at a similar price point, people will buy them. They aren't there at the present. I doubt they will be in my lifetime.

Allow me to explain something to you. The reason China has so much infrastructure for electric cars, is that the government dictates things to the citizens. The people don't really get a say. They do as the government tells them or suffer the consequences. The Chinese government is one of the most vile, evil, repressive entities in the world. And that's exactly what your side of the aisle wants to see here, isn't it?

Oh, and China is also greatly increasing its coal consumption. Greta should be over there preaching too. Of course the government would censor her and the Chinese people would never hear her message.
