The Committee is framing legislation relating to personal finances and holding public office, and Trump's records, given the uniqueness of his business/President role, would offer circumstances to help measure models.

So Trump's stooges on the Supreme Court are going to have to tell the American public that a President has the right to interfere with Congressional legislative actions, the DC case, and that the President can refuse the order of a State Court because he is the President and can't be indited, the NY case. Most wealthy people/business owners have an attorney or two on retainer, for legal issues pertaining to business. Toadstool has them for criminal cases, taxes, business, defenders against the many civil lawsuits filed against him as well as instigators of civil lawsuits against ppl Trump is pissed at.
