    Default Looks like Donny lost another one;

    "[B]Trump Records Must Be Given to the House, Appeals Court SaysB]"

    "President Donald Trump, under siege from House Democrats weighing impeachment, suffered a stinging blow as a federal appeals court upheld a subpoena ordering his accountants to provide Congress with his financial records."

    "The ruling means Trump will lose control of his long-secret financial records at Mazars USA LLP. The judges rejected arguments made by lawyers for the president that the House Oversight and Reform Committee had no legitimate legislative reason to seek the information."

    "The ruling comes just days after Mazars was ordered by a federal district court to turn over his tax filings and other financial records to New York state prosecutors, though the president won a last-minute delay pending an emergency appeal."

    Armed with the documents, Democratic lawmakers will be able to more fully explore any conflicts of interest in the executive branch and whether the president has violated the Constitution’s emoluments clauses.

    Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
    Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

    It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

    This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

    Why don't you tell us the other presidents who broke the oath other than the warmongering and profiteering Bush administration which included legendary crook Dick Cheney.

    Not about the emoluments clause, but whether the House can request the records for legislative purposes. The Committee is framing legislation relating to personal finances and holding public office, and Trump's records, given the uniqueness of his business/President role, would offer circumstances to help measure models.

    So Trump's stooges on the Supreme Court are going to have to tell the American public that a President has the right to interfere with Congressional legislative actions, the DC case, and that the President can refuse the order of a State Court because he is the President and can't be indited, the NY case. That will do wonders for Robert's reputation

    Guarantee Trump's army of attorneys stretch this out way after next November so it won't play in the 2020 election.

    Did you ever ask yourself why Trump has to be the first President ever who not only has been involved in thousands of law suits but also even as President has to maintain an army of attorneys and accountants?

    And why his army of attorneys are always caught up in scandal and even imprisonment. Trump does not have attorneys, he has FIXERS.

    Most wealthy people/business owners have an attorney or two on retainer, for legal issues pertaining to business. Toadstool has them for criminal cases, taxes, business, defenders against the many civil lawsuits filed against him as well as instigators of civil lawsuits against ppl Trump is pissed at. He goes through lawyers like a soldier goes through ammo.
