Trump can't create new coal miner's jobs. He doesn't own any coal mines. He DID already remove Obama's War Against Coal laws.

The United States currently produces just above 1000 short tons of coal, slightly down from a record high of 1175 short tons of coal set in 2012. Source US Energy Dept.

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics does not track freight statistics. The US Dept of Transportation does. They are seeing a consistent slow increase in both tonnage moved and value moved by trucks.

Not an oxymoron. Coal IS clean. Burning it efficiently only produces CO2 and water. We burn coal quite efficiently. We are also good at removing impurities in the coal so they don't get burned and released to the atmosphere.

If you don't burn it efficiently, you get soot. This is the problem in China. Communism at its best.

The United States is very clean about burning coal, unlike China.

The information is not supported by documentation and is thus summarily dismissed. Especially since we know you are prone to making shit up.

In the U.S., coal is currently running $65/MWh, while natural gas is currently running $68MWh. Very similar costs, but coal is slightly cheaper. Source: US Energy Dept, Commodity markets.

So you deny chemistry as well. Not surprising.
