Default Trump refuses to be impeached.: public discussion

Another one in the kiddie pool. Bring it out for open discussion. The opening piece:

Here, moon simply quotes news articles as the authoritative reference of the Constitution of the United States. He also has failed to post a copy of the letter, which can be found htere.

Very succinctly said. There is no reason to, considering the unconstitutional nature of their 'inquiry'.

I wonder how Republicans would have reacted if Bill Clinton tried this.

They sure did! It's what put Trump in office in the first place! It was time to change from the disasters of previous liberal administrations. Since then, he has accomplished an amazing amount of things.

He will be impeach regardless, and tried in the Senate. Those who fail to honor a subpoena, should be, and hopefully will be jailed.

Sooner or later the general public will get tired of the Dems pointless accusations and Trump will see another 4 years as president.

I do, however, agree that many Reps lack the balls to confront these whining Dems. They should be met with the same (or more) amount of resistance.
I agree with this completely. Well put.

Call a vote Nancy. Put your entire caucus on record
An excellent question. Only the House can impeach. That means the House, not a secretive committee.

This is someone that doesn't read the Constitution. Article I, $2 requires a vote. Everything the House or the Senate does requires a vote.

A paradox. First he condemns Article I, then takes it out of context and blesses it. Quite an irrational position to take.

When the House is ready, when the have all the documentation they need, they will vote on articles of impeachment.
