Default Trump refuses to be impeached.: public discussion

Another one in the kiddie pool. Bring it out for open discussion. The opening piece:

Here, moon simply quotes news articles as the authoritative reference of the Constitution of the United States. He also has failed to post a copy of the letter, which can be found htere.

Very succinctly said. There is no reason to, considering the unconstitutional nature of their 'inquiry'.

He will be impeach regardless, and tried in the Senate. Those who fail to honor a subpoena, should be, and hopefully will be jailed.

Secretive committees do not have the power to issue subpoenas. A vote of the entire House is required to do that. No one is required to act as witness against himself. The House does not have authority to subpoena the President at all. See Articles I and II of the Constitution of the United States.

What subpoena? The House hasn't voted to investigate Trump yet. Subpoenas come from a court, not from politicians.

I wonder how Republicans would have reacted if Bill Clinton tried this.

Like it or not, Bubba actually broke the law by lying under oath. No matter how you idiots try and spin it, Trump has done nothing wrong, let alone illegal.

Clinton was impeached for that. So why shouldn't Trump be impeached for breaking the law? And yes, I know that you're lying when you say that Saint Trump did nothing wrong. We all know that he attempted to use the office of presidency for personal gain.

Again, what specific laws has Trump broken? I keep seeing this idiots claim with NOTHING to back it up.

Clinton was impeached for lying under oath and OBSTRUCTION. So far, the Democratic Party of the Jackass have nothing more than "because we hate him!"

We know you are LYING and CRYING when you claim he did something wrong but come up empty handed when challenged. Sorry asshats on the left, but "because you say so" is not an argument.
