Good jail him. No integrity. He's a fucking clown. As an aside he really needs to come out of the closet. But that is his choice.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) promised to question the whistleblowers publicly if President Trump ends up impeached.

Graham told Fox News on Sunday that if the president is impeached, he intends to have the whistleblowers testify in the Senate if they don't go before the House.

"If the whistleblower's allegations are turned into an impeachment article, it's imperative that the whistle-blower be interviewed in public, under oath and cross-examined. Nobody in America goes to jail or has anything done to them without confronting their accuser," he said.

The South Carolina senator said the whistleblowers need to come forward so the "public can judge their credibility."

Yeah, OK, so he's trying to protect Trump from getting convicted.

I moved him from the YES column of my Senate Conviction Vote guesstimate, and place him in the MAYBE column.

For my latest estimations of who might vote how of the 53 Republican Senators, or to comment on my guesses, go to:

    here ya go, enjoy:

Mark Zaid, one of the whistleblower’s lawyers, told The Hill in a statement that his client’s identity must be protected by law, referring to testimony by Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire on Thursday.

As the acting DNI testified last week, the law and policy supports protection of the identity of the whistleblower from disclosure and from retaliation. No exceptions exist for any individual,” Zaid said.

A federal law known as the Whistleblower Protection Act protects federal whistleblowers who work for the government from workplace retaliation.

Testimony isn't the law. I can testify you're a lying loser, is that now citable law?

Just a person who reports crimes and gets government protections for doing a good deed for society. Very honorable.

No it isn't. It can be if there is a trial. Was there one?
