Default One Republican senator told me if it was a secret vote, 30 Republican senators would

Mike Murphy, Fmr. Senior adviser to Mitt Romney and John McCain, tells MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell that "'One Republican senator told me if it was a secret vote, 30 Republican senators would vote to impeach Trump."

Guess what? It would not be a secret vote.

There will be plenty of votes for impeachment, once they understand Trump will lose.

No they won't, because they themselves want to get re-elected. Why won't they release their own names now? Because they know that their constituents will tar and feather them.

Here is what Republicans in the US Congress know >>

Trump is personally responsible for costing them control of the House of Representatives.

Every election Trump has been the face of the party, the GOP has lost seats in the US Congress.

If they sense that Trump is going to cost them the US Senate and the White House, and if Trump's approval rating hits 30 percent or less, Republicans are going to jettison your Fat Orange Pig as an act of self preservation.

I do not know if it will come to that, but Donald Trump has been nothing but trouble for Republicans intent on maintaining control of the US Congress.

You apparently don't remember what happened to Congress when The Obama was POTUS. Not to mention dozens of state legislatures...
